Free initial consultation

It can be overwhelming to attempt to find the right therapist. We try to help folks relieve some of the stress of the search by offering an initial consultation with just one person--Centrepeace's founder and intake coordinator, Pamela. Pamela knows our team and our processes well, and is the best first-contact for prospective clients. As part of the onboarding process, all of our therapists offer free initial consultations after the intake call with Pamela.

Our initial consultation offers you a safe space to:

• hear about the services we offer
• talk about what you're seeking therapy for
• explore virtual and in-person therapy options
• discuss which of our team members might be a fit for you and/or your loved ones
• to discuss fees, insurance processes, and direct billing options
• to address any other questions or concerns you might have

And if we don't have a therapist that fits what you're looking for, we will provide you with referrals to other practitioners.
