Meet Pam (she/they).
Centrepeace’s founder and therapist.
Pam is a queer cisgender white settler living on the traditional lands of the Anishinaabek, Haudenosaunee, Lūnaapéewak and Attawandaron (aka London, Ontario).
She’s a late-realized neurodivergent woman in her 40’s who has been working in the social work field for more than 25 years. Her career began at a shelter for survivors of intimate partner violence in 2001. Since that time, she has worked in many areas of the field, including: child protection, adoption and foster care, acquired brain injury, motor vehicle accident recovery, child and family mental health, and adult mental health.
Since 2021 Pam has focused her practice on 2SLGBTQIA+ mental health in London and across Ontario through her private psychotherapy practice. She holds space especially for pre-teens, teens, adults and families from the community who are dealing with a number of mental health, family and relationship struggles often caused by or exacerbated by being part of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community.

Affirming care for our community by someone from our community
Centrepeace was founded by Pam Bailey, a therapist who strives to offer queer-centric, client-focused therapy to the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. What started out as a solo practice in 2021 quickly transitioned to a group practice in 2022 in response to many requests from the community.
During its time as a group practice Centrepeace had a strong, dedicated team of therapists. Most of the team were from the queer and trans community themselves, and they worked together to provide quality mental health care to our people. As much as she enjoyed working with such a solid team, Pam missed working directly with her clients--something her role as group practice owner took from her. So she made the decision to return to solo practice and has been doing so since February 2026. She maintains close connections with her former team, and values the professional and personal relationships fostered by the group practice experience.
As Pam is back to full-time direct therapy practice, she has opened up her calendar for new clients in person in London and virtually across Ontario.
